Summary: I will assume the electroweak scale is stabilized by new strong dynamics, and leptons acquire their mass by mixing with TeV-scale composite resonances. I will confront this hypothesis with (i) the neutrino flavor structure; (ii) the constraints on flavor and CP violation in charged leptons, and (iii) the current anomalies in B-meson semi-leptonic decays.
