Abstract:
I will talk about some recent progress on the non-perturbative quantization of algebraic curves, which is closely related to a variety of different fields such as matrix models, integrable systems, N=2 gauge theories, ABJM theories and topological strings. In general, there are two quantization schemes. One originates from the Bethe/Gauge correspondence proposed by Nekrasov-Shatashvili in 2009. The other takes root in the non-perturbative study on ABJM theories and was summarized in the Grassi-Hatsuda-Marino conjecture (2014) which connects the topological strings and spectral theory (TS/ST correspondence). The relation between the two quantization schemes was established in our paper arXiv:1606.07330. As a byproduct of their equivalence, we found some highly nontrivial identities which connect the topological string partition function and the Nekrasov-Shatashvili free energy. These identities was recently realized to be related to the K-theoretic blowup equations of N=2 gauge theories.
