Title: Vector meson contributions to rare kaon decays

Abstract:
In this talk, I will briefly introduce chiral perturbation theory and its application to low energy QCD, then vector meson contributions to (p^{4}) order and (p^{6}) order are reviewed. The last part is my work on rare kaon decay.
