Title:New applications of asymptotic symmetries

Abstract:Recently there has been renewed interest in asymptotic symmetries at null infinity. These have been argued to play a significant role in quantum theory as a symmetry of the S-Matrix. More precisely, it has been shown that the soft theorems are nothing but the Ward identity of certain asymptotic symmetries. In this presentation, I will stress such discovery at the sub-leading order of soft photon theorem.
