报告摘要：
In this talk I will review a recent proposal of investigating neutrino properties in atomic physics. In this proposal one intends to study a special atomic transition, during which a photon and a neutrino pair are emitted. Given the closeness of the neutrino mass scale and the atomic energy level, neutrinos with non-zero masses may lead to detectable kinematic effects on the emitted photon. A group of researchers in Japan has already made impressive progresses along this line. In this talk I will focus on their work in both theorectical and experimental aspects.
